This item is in Mint Condition. This item is used for counting game birds and game animals.  These were handed out to hunters, primarily Europeans, hunting on the large estates.  At the end of the hunt, the Counters were turned in and the game manager counted the totals. There were totals for Hares and Rabbits and on the other side of the Counter was Pheasant and Grouse.
These are pretty scarce items, especially in unused condition, like this one.
