Circa 1953
This item is in Used Condition. A scarce and complete folding knife from the early 1950s. This one is not only rare but complete and has sat in storage for decades. It recently appeared when a family member was going through her father’s belongings. It sat in an old tackle box belonging to her father’s father.
The knife has seen some use and the main blade has been sharpened. The gutting blade appears unused. The pouch has two spare blades, also unused, a saw blade and a fish scaling blade.
The original pouch is in remarkable condition.
For those that are not familiar with this model, the knife comes apart for cleaning and you could have purchased multiple-use blades as spares which can be easily changed out. It came in two versions, an English version, named the Take APart, and a German version named the Zerlegbar.
