This item is in Good Used Condition.  This knife has seen some use but there is still a lot of life left in it.  The stag is very, very nice on it.  There is some wear and tarnish to the bolsters.  The main blade and the gutting blade have been sharpened. The box is missing the 959 label and there is no warranty card. Yet, the honest wear to it should bring a collector or a user a lot of joy.  The box, leather sheath, and two gold booklets are in very nice condition.  The information sheet is an added bonus in itself.
